DR. RANDY S. TOLENTINO
Randy Santocildes Tolentino serves as an Assistant Professor at Hanseo University, where he provides instruction to both undergraduate and graduate students in the fields of computer science and English. With over 21 years of experience in academia, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Residing in South Korea for more than 16 years, he possesses a deep understanding of the local culture and educational landscape.
Mr. Tolentino earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a diploma in teaching with a major in secondary education from Iloilo Science and Technology University in Iloilo City, Philippines. During his undergraduate studies, he was awarded a Congressional scholarship by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Subsequently, he pursued an Integrated Course Master-to-PhD in Multimedia Engineering at Hannam University in South Korea, where he was honored with a Korean government scholarship for International Information Technology Advancement (IITA).
Driven by a belief in the inherent value of education instilled by his parents, Mr. Tolentino's teaching philosophy centers on fostering an environment of respect for the diverse learning styles and educational aspirations of his students. He approaches his role with a commitment to delivering quality education infused with love, discipline, and passion. His analytical approach, coupled with a dedication to practical application, enables him to forge new paths and ideas, defining his character as an educator.
